The Canadian in America in CARP and the Windsor Star
The Canadian in America by Brian D. Wruk with Terry F. Ritchie has been positively reviewed in the September 2007 issue of CARP Magazine: For the 50 Plus. They called the book, "A valuable resource for anyone who has moved to the U.S. Questions answered include those about U.S. laws, taxation, investment, health care, wills and estates." The July 9 edition of the Windsor Star included an article about Brian D. Wruk and The Canadian in America. Wruk was quoted throughout.
Benoit editorial update
The book has been with the copy editor since last Friday, we should have it back today.
We have a top-notch design in hand. We’ve got photos. We’ve got a cover. And we’ve got back cover copy.
The book should be on press by the first week of September, if not before.
We're satisfied there's nothing sensationalizing or exploitative about our book. The timing? Well, it is what it is. We can live with being the "first" because the book deserves to be done.
ECW is going to execute the production and proofing with alacrity and we’re 150% committed to pushing it through.
If you’re reading this, we thank you for your interest. Keep checking in for more updates.

Online World of Wrestling reviews The Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame: The Heels
The Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame: The Heels has been positively reviewed on the Online World of Wrestling website. Reviewer Brad Dykens gave the book a rating of 9.5/10 and called the book "a fascinating journey that manages to maintain a positive twist despite the focus on debauchery that occurs within the professional wrestling realm." RIP Dewey
ECW is saddened to announce that early this morning, in Hamilton, Ontario, cancer claimed the life of Byron John "Dewey" Robertson. He was 68. Under a mask as The Crusader, or wrestling as the clean cut Canadian Champ Dewey Robertson, and finally as the mysterious, ferocious Missing Link, Robertson entertained thousands. Recently, ECW published the candid and compelling Bang Your Head, the biography he co-authored with Meredith Renwick.
Robertson is survived by his sons Jason and Mark and their families, and companion Karen Antoniak. ECW offers them and all his friends our sincerest condolences.
Funeral arrangements are not known at this time.
